What is an Ecclesiate Joint Venture Partner?
Whether you have an existing real estate or letting agency or you would
like to start one up, becoming an Ecclesiate Joint Venture Partner means
that you will tap into our all-encompassing administrative, marketing
and service delivery aspects.
A JV Partner sources properties available for letting in their area,
find suitable tenants and let Ecclessiate do the rest. We'll take care
of the necessary background and credit checks and undertake all aspects
of managing and administrating the property from there on.
How do you earn?
As a JV Partner, your income is generated through a number of ways.
Ecclesiate will pay you a finder's fee for every new property you
source, plus for services our Head Office requests from you. With the
collection of every month's management fee paid by the landlords in your
portfolio, you'll earn a share as well.
There are also great commissions to earn if you sign up Sectional Titles
or Body Corporates, refer your clients to an Ecclesiate insurance
underwriter and more.
Do you qualify?
All our JV Partners are screened to ensure our standards and brand image is
upheld across the group. We look for motivated, honest, customer-focused
individuals with great people skills. You must be able to take direction and
follow the Ecclesiate systems. At the same time, we value people who are
innovative thinkers and leaders in their own right.
Previous self-employment or business experience is essential and you do need
to have liquid capital at your disposal. It is beneficial, but not critical
to have previous property management experience.
What capital do you need?
A JV Partner is not a franchise, so you never have to pay royalty fees. Your
business is 100% your own.
As with any new venture, there are initial costs involved in becoming an
Ecclesiate Joint Venture Partner, but these are quickly recovered by the
influx of business. We ask an annual fee of R4 000 to cover the upgrading of
your systems, plus a few extras, such as marketing material, on-site
assistance and training will be for your account.
Depending on the premises and equipment you already have at your disposal,
we suggest start-up capital of at least R35 000. Through our supportive
network, we can help you with your financial planning, if you need it.
