In 1988, founder Raymond Herbst decided to fulfill one of the
property market's biggest shortfalls: a customer-service-focused
letting agency. His initial aim was to relieve the frustrations of
property owners with tenants. But as the company grew from a family
business to a national network, he expanded the company's offering,
covering a broad spectrum of services for the residential, as well
as commercial market.
Today we can offer clients access to property letting,
management and sales locally and internationally, with branches
in the West Rand, JHB CBD, Soweto, East Rand, Cape Town, East
London, New Zealand and Australia.
